(Dating News) Memphis City Schools has rung up problems with cells (Memphis Commercial Appeal)

Instead of using this Federal money earmarked for communication on upgrading our phone systems within the schools and upgrading our outdated and functionally obselete email system, our leadership squanders it on cell phones that will be lost, stolen, and abused. It has to do with employees of the school system who abused the privilege of having a cell phone furnished with tax payers money both black and white. MCS goes from having a problem with students abusing the cell phone policy to administration abusing cell phone policy. Give all administrators and anyone else in MCS who has a cell thirty days to pay up or lose phone privileges (consfiscation, cell phone service discontinued). read more
